DO YOU NEED THE ACTUAL BOUQUET?
No, I work from your photographs and you can just pop them on an email to me.
Images should be close up and in high resolution, and if you have several photos from different angles this is ideal as it means I can get a good look at all the flowers that were included in your bouquet.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Colour commissions generally take about 20 hours to complete. I usually quote a lead-time of around 3-4 weeks from confirming your order and receiving your photograph, but this will vary depending on the current waiting list. However, if you need your commission in a hurry, or for a specific date, then please do let me know and I will always try to accommodate this.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Prices range from £110 for a line drawing to £330 or £495 for a watercolour and pencil commission.
WHAT SIZE PAPER IS USED?
I generally work on A3 and A2 size paper. I find these sizes work best for most bouquets and means you get to see every detail, anything smaller tends to look a little scrunched up!

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES?
No, there are no hidden costs, and I do not charge for any art materials or packaging. The final price you pay is the commission price plus £8.15 for Royal Mail Special Delivery.

HOW DO I PAY?
I currently accept payment via bank transfer. I will email an official invoice and ask for 20% of the commission price as a deposit to confirm your order, and then the 80% balance plus postage will be requested once the artwork is ready to post.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE FINISHED PIECE?
In the event that you are unhappy with your completed commission I will do whatever I can to amend it for you. As I am a big advocate of sending my clients progress updates during the commission process it is very doubtful we would get to that stage. However, if after amendments have been made you are still not happy you will not be charged the balance, and the artwork will not be posted.

HOW IS THE ARTWORK POSTED?
All artwork is sold unframed, and is carefully rolled in acid free tissue paper and packed inside a strong cardboard postal tube. I use Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked and signed), which is currently £8.15 for all UK addresses.
I can also ship to the US and Australia (and anywhere for that matter!) so please get in touch for prices if you live outside of the UK.

AFTERCARE
Your commission will be sprayed with high quality fixative, making the work smudge proof. Where possible I would always recommend that your artwork, once framed, is kept out of direct sunlight.
